25. Final Provisions & Entire Agreement

No modifications to this Policy are valid unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of Pick My CPA. If any provision of this Policy is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Policy is governed by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of your jurisdiction of residence or operation, without regard to conflict of law provisions, principles, or rules that might otherwise direct application of another jurisdiction's laws. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.
